My role as a leader is to remove obstacles, create alignment, develop people, and give engineers the context and support they need to solve difficult problems. I lead with technical credibility, but I do not need to be the smartest person in the room. I build teams where expertise is respected, healthy disagreement improves decisions, and people take ownership of outcomes.
